This is a very easy item to install and use to control heating in a large room with radiant loops. After 8-9 years of use, the valves clogged with "black gunk" and could not be effectively rinsed. The center loop valve locked in the closed position, so it had to be replaced.
This happened right before Christmas day. Given the holidays, customs, and winter weather, MasterBuilder Mercantile did very well getting this delivered to NJ in 11 days. Thank goodness only one heating loop failed.
